arcgis server服务器内部错误Cannot read the response from the server (OEJP/3.1) : null，急求解决方法！

地图服务突然崩掉，除了切片服务能显示切片，所有地图服务query和identify查询全部报错，报错信息如下：Internal Server Error. Error handling service request : Cannot read the response from the server (OEJP/3.1) : null。是什么原因导致的？怎么解决这个问题？
