文件被arcpy占用后，如何解除arcpy对其的占用

arcpy有的函数不具备自动释放对象的功能，比如我之前用arcpy.TableToTable_conversion ()方法，然后想更改表的文件名，却一直报“另一个程序正在使用此文件，进程无法访问”。

在Arcpy python中，这类问题已经是一个bug具体内容如下：
以下是esri的回复。

 The 'DEL' function in your last 2 lines of code is suppose to release the project from read only mode. The BUG is occurring on the release. I have attached this case to the bug and the details are as follows:
1.    Bug number: BUG-000117226
2.    Synopsis: When the saveACopy() method in ArcPy is used to create a copy of an ArcGIS Pro project, the new project can only be opened in Read Only mode until ArcGIS Pro is restarted or the Python script is fully terminated.
3.    Status: In Product Plan
4.    Workaround: n/a
