Server 、WMS Server；用的ArcGIS JavaScript API 加载FeatureLayer或WmsLayer都会报下面的错误，哪位大神帮解答一下如何解决，非常感谢！
oldTest.html:1 Access to fetch at 'http://localhost:8399/arcgis/rest/services/bj/MapServer/0?f=json'from origin 'null' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the request's mode to 'no-cors' to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
