Arcgis addin如何控制地图跳转到指定位置？

我在addin中用跟engine一样的方法，为什么不能实现跳转呢？
代码如下
IEnvelope pEnvelop=pActiveView .Extent ;
pEnvelop .CenterAt (centPoint );
pActiveView .Refresh ();
