你好，arcpy当然没问题，我的意思是用file geodatabase API esri单独发布的开发包，脱离arcgis desktop操作 gdb

官方GitHub表示不能。File Geodatabase API 是基于C++的。

可以，使用swig生成python代码。就可以。但是里边有些问题要自己解决。或者使用gdal
