arcgis9.3打不开，出现license页面，求教怎么解决。

Provide your license server administrator with the following information

check the lmgrd log file,or try lmreread

    ArcGIS 9.3 正版的话是有个加密狗硬件锁，插了吗？状态正常吗？ 如果没有这个硬件，一般是破解版，然后自己摸索下吧
