在10.2中使用工具Layer to KML将影像导出为kmz，加载至goole earth后影像处于错误的位置

【解决办法】：
美国已确认是BUG-000106913；在10.2中如果坐标系是WGS 1984的tif，使用工具Layer to KML tool 将得到错误的结果；如果是别的坐标系，结果是正确的。
