Verify that the current user is licensed for Segmentation data at the block group level. From within ArcMap or ArcCatalog, open the attribute table for the Block Groups thematic layer and ensure values are populated in the Tapestry data variable fields. If they are not, you either are not licensed for Segmentation at the block group level or you have not run the proper data license. Consult your customer service representative for more information on your data license.
