js api跨域的问题

XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://192.168.1.103:8080/arcg ... r.js. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'null' is therefore not allowed access
 
请教一下，遇到这个问题该怎么解决？

    在web里加一个proxy，https://github.com/Esri/resource-proxy
     
    记得proxy要部署在webapp根目录下，不能放在项目里
