For iOS using a cellular network

1. Open Collector for ArcGIS on an iOS device.
2. Click on a web map. An error occurs.

If an internal-facing service is accessed over a cellular network on an iOS device and error occurs when trying to open the web map in Collector. The error states: "Layer Not Loaded, unable to layer 'Name of Service'. A server with the specified hostname could not be found."

For Android using a cellular network

    1. Open Collector for ArcGIS on an Android device.
    2. Click on a web map. Data does not display.

If an internal-facing service is accessed over a cellular network on an Android device, no error message are returned. However, no layers are loaded in the web map. When the layers are viewed they are inactive ('grayed out').
