问题描述
A custom geocoder can be set in place of the World Geocoding Service for any web mapping application in ArcGIS Online.

In some cases, setting the custom geocoder as the default and removing other geocoders from the list of available geocoders still results in the web application defaulting to the World Geocoding Service.

原因
This issue occurs when the option 'Allow anonymous access to your organization's website' is disabled in the security settings of the organizational account.
