Bug:  ArcGIS applications with 10.2.1 Utilities and Telecom Update Patch 4 crash when connecting to 10.3 and newer geodatabases

【BUG描述】
Using 10.2.1 Utilities and Telecom Update Patch 4 (UTU4), ArcCatalog and ArcMap crash without producing a crash dump. When interacting with rasters, mosaic datasets, raster catalogs and geodatabases of releases newer than 10.2.2, crashes can be encountered when refreshing connections, disconnecting from the database, or adding the data.

Esri Development is currently investigating the listed issues and is working to ensure it is addressed in the next Utilities and Telecom Update Patch.
