【BUG描述】
When splitting a simple or complex edge feature in a geometric network that has related records, the relationships are not maintained, i.e., dropped and not re-established, following the split operation.

This occurs when using the Split tool, Split command or the IFeatureEdit.SplitWithUpdate method when the ArcGIS 10.2.1 for (Desktop, Engine, Server) Utilities and Telecom Update 1 Patch is installed.
